Privacy
Updated 16 October 2026.
Everything on PikaStat works without an account. You only give us something if you sign in, and then it is as little as we could make it.
What we keep
- Your e-mail address, to sign you in.
- The Pokémon you save: species, IVs, level, the name you gave it and your note.
- Your IP address, in the server's logs, for 30 days. That is how we spot abuse and fix errors.
Why
So the list is yours and survives a new phone or a cleared browser. Nothing else: no newsletters, no ads, nothing sold. The only e-mails we send are the sign-in codes you ask for.
Importing a file
When you import a file from Poke Genie, Calcy IV or Pokebattler, your browser reads it and sends us only the Pokémon in it: species, form, CP, IVs, level, moves, shadow or lucky, the nickname and the scan date. The file itself is never uploaded. So that you can undo an import, we keep a copy of the entries it changed or removed for 24 hours, then delete it.
Who else handles it
- Resend sends the sign-in e-mails, from the EU. It sees your address and the e-mail.
- Google, only if you sign in with Google. It tells us your address and that it is verified.
- Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica count visits and clicks. They never get your e-mail or your Pokémon.
How long
As long as your account exists. When you delete it, it is gone after 30 days, and from our backups 30 days after that: 60 days at most.
Deleting it
Sign in, open your account and press Delete account. For 30 days you can sign in again and restore it; after that it cannot be brought back.
Cookies
Signing in sets one cookie, for the session. It only says who you are to this site, and nothing tracks you with it, so there is no banner to click through. A Google sign-in adds a second one for ten minutes, to check that Google's answer was asked for here. The analytics counters keep their own cookies to tell visits apart.
